Our Factory
Speedy House factory is located in Dongtai, in Jiangsu province since July 2019. Previously, Speedy House production has been carried out in Baoshan-Shanghai (2006-2009) and in Qingpu-Shanghai (2009-2019). In 2019 Speedy House located and purchased in Dongtai a suitable area where to permanently locate its newly designed, modern, automated production line and become an advanced factory for flat packs and cabins in China and fulfill the growing demand for prefab modules made in China.
Speedy House Dongtai factory is built on a plot of over 38.000 m2, with 2 operating warehouses totalling over 22.000 m2.
It is a modern factory with workstations for automatic welding, automatic painting, carpentry and kit-assembly and is equipped with:
- CNC Bending and Cutting machines
- CNC Cold roll bending machines
- CNC drills
- CNC Automatic welding stations operated by certified welders
- CNC Automatic painting line and drying booth
- Automatic threading machines
- CNC Laser cutting machines
- Wood working machineries like precision board-sawing machines
- CNC Pull and pressure test machine
- Overhead crane, fork lift trucks and handling equipment
Besides, it is staffed with employees with long experience in the accommodation and container industry and therefore experts in marketing, design, production, quality control and logistics.
